How do you prove I did my workout?

Three methods: (1) Automatic HealthKit verification — your Apple Watch or iPhone workout sessions are analyzed and auto-verified against your challenge requirements with a tolerance threshold. (2) Photo burst with GPS — 5 rapid-fire photos with GPS coordinates prove you were at the gym, on the trail, or in the pool. Built-in anti-cheat prevents photo library uploads. (3) Manual check-in for other types of commitments.
